Come stay in a real classic hunting lodge!

The Double K Lodge is located in beautiful Delphos, Kansas. The lodge was built in the 1920's and it's an amazing and wonderful place to stay.  Our lodge features a big kitchen and eating area, a big family room with cable tv, a bigger living room equipped with a poker table, several bedrooms, more bedrooms upstairs, a mud room, washer and dryer, two bathrooms (with showers), an outdoor grill and fryer to cook on and a Jacuzzi on the "taken in" front porch.  In recent news a special smoker has been added to the outdoor cooking porch and Internet access and a computer system have been installed in the lodge so you can surf the web and check email!

The lodge has character and a flavor all of its own with all the taxidermy birds and mounted deer heads, its push button light switches from a era now long gone, the solid warmth on a freezing Kansas morning it provides, the overstuffed recliners, an overworked coffee maker, and, of course, Kevin’s big bear he shot in Alaska overseeing poker and making sure no one deals in an extra ace.  The lodge is unique and is more than a place to bunk or wash up.  It is headquarters for the best upland and deer hunting in north central Kansas.

Our clients and guests know it is a special place.  They love sleeping in their favorite bed in the room they always stay in (one of our regular groups declares the upstairs "North Texas" when they are here!), sitting in their favorite overstuffed chair watching Monday night football or getting a power nap after lunch during a break in the hunting.  They enjoy relaxing around the dining room table while a real hearty supper is cooking, and then soaking in the hot tub to ease away a long day walking roosters. Our lodge is very comfortable and without doubt includes everything a real man’s hunting lodge should have.  People just love it -- and you will too.
